Millcraft Hospitality (Jacksons) is committed to protecting your privacy and preventing the misuse or unauthorized disclosure of any personal information it collects and maintains in connection with the provision of its services. Jacksons may collect personal information that either identifies an individual or may be used together with other information to identify an individual. This Privacy Notice sets forth the types of personal information Jacksons may gather, how it may collect and use that information, with whom it is shared, and what rights you have regarding such information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY JACKSONS

Jacksons may collect personal information directly from patrons through forms submitted to Jacksons via websites developed and maintained by Jacksons (the “Websites”). Jacksons may also collect personal information when it communicates with patrons by telephone or email. Additionally, as discussed below, Jacksons may collect internet or other electronic network activity information associated with the use of the Websites.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY JACKSONS

Jackson retains personal information only so long as is necessary to accomplish the purposes for which it was provided subject to, as applicable, document retention policies and the direction of Jacksons patrons. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BY JACKSONS

Jacksons may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who provide support services in connection with an administration. These service providers are restricted from using the personal information provided to them for any purpose not related to the engagement and are required to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information provided to them. Jacksons reserves the right to disclose personal information it has acquired if it believes, in good faith, that such disclosure is required by law, regulation or legal process, or that such disclosure may be necessary to establish or protect Jacksons legal rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others.

SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED BY JACKSONS

Jacksons has not, does not and will not sell any of the personal information it collects on behalf of its patrons in connection with the provision of its services.

INFORMATION AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED BY JACKSONS

Jacksons may collect information through automatic means when individuals access a Jacksons Website. Such information may include an individual’s device type, browser type, operating system, preference and language settings, and Internet Protocol (IP) address. Additionally, Jacksons may collect information regarding Website activity such as the pages an individual visits on a Website, how long an individual remains on a page, whether an individual is a return visitor, and referring Website details. Jacksons uses the information obtained to improve its Websites, and to prevent fraudulent use or misuse of the Websites. The Websites may contain links to other websites that are beyond Jacksons control. This Privacy Notice does not apply to the security and privacy practices of other websites. Jacksons is not responsible for the privacy practices of those other websites and cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that may be collected from those websites.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Jacksons understands the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. Jacksons services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and, therefore, Jacksons does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under 13 and believe we may have collected personal information about your child, please contact us as at via our web contact page.

SECURITY

Protecting the security of personal information submitted to Jacksons is very important to us. We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect all personal information we collect and to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your information. Nevertheless, data transmission over the internet is never 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use reasonable and appropriate means to protect your personal information, Jacksons cannot warrant or guarantee the security of any personal information transmitted to Jacksons online.

DO NOT TRACK TECHNOLOGY

Some web browsers have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” message to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your online activity to be tracked. At this time, Jacksons does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY NOTICE

Jacksons reserves the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. When we make material changes to the Privacy Notice, the “Last Modified” date located on the bottom of the page will be updated. We encourage you to look for updates and changes to this Privacy Notice by checking this date when you access our Websites. Your continued use of the Websites following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

YOUR CHOICES

You may choose not to submit personal information to Jacksons or opt out of Jacksons use or disclosure of personal information in connection with Jacksons provision of legal administration services. YOUR RIGHTS AS A CALIFORNIA CONSUMER

Subject to certain exceptions, you have the right to request to know more about the categories and specific pieces of personal information that Jacksons has collected, used and disclosed to others about you. You also have, subject to certain exceptions, the right to request deletion of your personal information. If you request deletion of information, we may retain certain information as required by law, court order, or for legitimate business purposes. You may make these requests by unsubscribing. If you would like to use an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to make a request, we may ask for evidence that you have provided such agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit on your behalf.
